Service Description
This service is delivered is by EMAIL only and is designed for clients who: a) Have had a consultation with Jenna but have follow up or additional questions or concerns they wish to address; b) Prefer to type/write out their issue & receive support in writing by email instead over the phone or by Zoom; c) Have a time sensitive question. 1 - 3 day Delivery window. This service reserves Jenna's time to provide a thoughtful and well-researched answer to your questions or concerns in regard to private Trusts and/or tax issues. Limit: 7 per client. Our commitment & intention is to provide you with the highest level of care, compassion and knowledge. Our hope is to provide you with uplifting information as you to move forward in handling your affairs competently & confidently. Updated 8/2/2024 - Terms & Conditions: 1) COMPLEX ISSUES - if your issue is complex & cannot adequately be supported in 55 minutes, you will receive a more general answer with resources and options to continue moving forward with finding your own resolution. 2) DUTY - Booking this service does NOT obligate Jenna to you or to your situation, and she owes you no duty beyond you will be responsible for your own decisions and actions and your steps moving forward; 3) NOT LEGAL, TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE - Jenna will share her knowledge, opinions & insights into your situation and often provide additional resources for you to investigate as part of your own due diligence, she will in no circumstances fix your problem for you; anything she shares with you is for you to either entertain or to further educate yourself in your quest for remedy; 4) FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS - Other than basic clarifications, follow up questions are NOT included in this service. If you wish to ask Jenna additional questions, you have the option to book another session if you wish to do so. 5) DOLLAR COST - In some instances it may be a VALUE based price you are paying, not a TIME based price; what is it worth to you to get the information you need to resolve your issue? 6) UPDATES - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, however they will be posted here when changed; If the TOS changes while you are receiving service, the version active when you purchased will apply to your question. 7) CLIENT ETIQUETTE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, prior to accepting funds. Rudeness, disrespect or placing blame are not tolerated. Site wide HHA applies.
