Document Recording and Mailing

1. Public Record Posting: We will record all of your documents via public record posting.
2. Government Mailings: We mail all of your six letters to the correct government offices, each done individually and sent via registered          mail.

Your Responsibilities:

​

1. Provide Information: Fill out the form(s) to provide the necessary information for all documents.
2. Autograph and Notarize: Once your documents are complete, we will email them to you for autographs and notarization. You will need      a blue and red ink pen and a red inkpad for your thumbprint.
3. Witness Testimony: Have your 2 witness testimony documents filled out and notarized by someone who can confirm your identity.
4. Mail Back: Mail the completed documents back to us to finalize the process.
