The Fee Schedule document serves as a formal notice and private contract establishing the terms under which you, as a living man or woman, operate—and the costs associated with any unauthorized interaction, trespass, or harm caused by public officials, agencies, or corporations operating under assumed authority.

Purpose of the Fee Schedule Document:

  1. Establishes Terms and Conditions for Interaction The fee schedule clearly outlines that any engagement with you—whether verbal, physical, administrative, or financial—must happen with your consent or is considered a trespass. It sets the terms of your private capacity in contrast to your strawman or legal fiction.

  2. Creates a Private Contractual Remedy By publishing and referencing your fee schedule, you’re essentially creating a private contract. If a corporation, agency, or officer knowingly violates it (after receiving notice), they may be held liable under commercial and contract law, particularly Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) principles.

  3. Serves as a Deterrent When public actors or corporations know that a financial penalty is attached to their actions (e.g., unlawful detainment, administrative coercion, identity misrepresentation), the fee schedule acts as a deterrent, encouraging lawful and respectful interaction.

  4. Supports Truebill Invoicing If a violation occurs, the fee schedule provides the pre-established basis for a Truebill—a lawful invoice you send demanding compensation for the trespass or harm done. Without this pre-notified schedule, there’s no agreement or expectation of cost.

  5. Asserts Your Private Capacity and Standing It reinforces your political and legal position as a private, non-citizen American national or living man/woman, not subject to corporate or statutory authority. The fee schedule reminds agencies that you are not operating in commerce or as a public servant.

Examples of What It Might Include:

  • Fee for unlawful arrest or detainment

  • Fee for use of your copyrighted name (ALL CAPS NAME)

  • Fee for administrative coercion or misrepresentation

  • Fee for violating your rights or entering private property without consent
